Rapping and singing over a pumping disco beat by Christophe Calpini, Evita Koné delivers an unapologetic self-love anthem. Balancing laid-back self-assuredness and serious vocal range, Evita sends the message celebrating what we already have that makes us all so special and worthy.


Break is Evita Koné's highly anticipated first solo EP. The project is an exploration of what it means to break old habits and observe oneself in a new light. Working with Christophe Calpini and finding a common sound was part of the process of duality and harmony, tied together by their mutual friend Zacharie Ksyk on the trumpet.

Playing with the duality of darkness and light (daybreak), Break leaves the listener with a bittersweet yet ultimately empowering feeling of self-acceptance.
